Real Wedding - Elliston Vineyards - Evonne and Chris

Hi all! I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving and stuffed yourselves silly! We went up to wine country to visit with family and had a wonderful time.

Today, I am so excited to share with you a Real Wedding! Evonne and Chris got married at Elliston Vineyards in the gorgeous Livermore Wine Country. This wedding was featured over on The Inspired Bride last Wednesday (which just happened to be my hubby's birthday - must be good luck!!) Here are a few more great photos from the amazing Gabriel Harber but please head on over to The Inspired Bride to read the full story! Just a little note, one my favorite thing about this wedding were the yummy peanut butter and jelly cupcakes by Marisa Cakes. I was a bit apprehensive at first - PB&J in a cupcake but they were seriously delish.
Enjoy!

My Favorites - Vintage Inspired Wedding and Cupcakes

I made two new friends in the wedding blog world over the last few weeks. These gals were very generous with their time in answering some blog questions for me and I am so grateful. I really admire their blogs so I thought I would share with you some of their recent posts.

The first is from Green Wedding Shoes. This is a real wedding she featured yesterday which I just can't get enough of. A vintage backyard wedding with details that are to die for. The doors, the windows, the chairs - oh my! Chandeliers swaying in trees and the color yellow. We all know how I feel about the color yellow. The talented Dana Grant snapped the photos of this adorable couple on their big day. Below are just a few photos, please click here to see more fabulousness.

The next post is from The Inspired Bride from earlier this month. It featured these amazing cupcakes with super stylin' edible frosting from Hello Frosting. This is such a great way to personalize your dessert display without huge dollar signs.

Thank you again to both ladies for their insights!

Romantic Gatsby-esque Backyard Wedding

As I recover from my Peep overload and chocolate bunny hangover, I wanted to share with you a stunning real wedding found over on Style Me Pretty today. I am a sucker for an outdoor setting with a soft romantic vibe and that's exactly what The Treasured Petal and Joyful Weddings and Events created in designing Carl and Kelsey's backyard wedding. I love the color combinations of dove gray and soft baby pink with all of the beautiful vintage decorative details. Be sure to click on the link to see all of the amazing photos from this wedding!
